I have issue regarding the hyper-v manager unable to connect to another hyper-v host after execute command netsh winhttp set proxy ip:port.
Screenshot error message show below

2023-03-30T08:42:31.1+00:00 i have enabled the PSRemoting but WSManCredSSP haven't enable yet, should i proceed to enable WSManCredSSP?
need to enable PSRemoting and WSManCredSSP for netsh winhttp set proxy ip:port?

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to connect Hyper-V from remote server.
- Please Disable any Antivirus program or Windows firewall you may have for temporary purpose.
- Please run below command to remove any proxy settings for winhttp
netsh winhttp reset proxy

2023-03-30T12:04:57.25+00:00 my organization all servers need to enable proxy network by execute this command netsh winhttp set proxy ip:port.
If i disable proxy network by run command netsh winhttp reset proxy will able to connect hyper-v from remote server.
Current old server windows 2012 r2 no issue by enable proxy network use this winhttp command.

If bypass proxy network by execute this command netsh winhttp reset proxy then no issue will able connect to Hyper-V from remote server by default.
Also my current hyper-v server windows server 2012 R2 with enable netsh winhttp proxy = no issue will able connect to Hyper-V from remote server.
