I have been onboarded to OpenAI Service, But I can't create it.

I have been onboarded to OpenAI Service, but when I created it there has no pricing tier, my ApplicationID is 49753.

    Hi Chen,

    Normally a blank Pricing tier means that the subscription is not on boarded successfully , please cross check with MS and ensure that the subscription is On boarded , then all the pricing tiers will be visible.

    maby your subscription ID is wrong, you need use correct subscription ID request the Azure OpenAI service. you should get subscription ID as follow website.

    I've got the exact same problem. I applied and followed every single step.

    Gave them:

    • my tenant ID:c363ac9a-94af-4983-94f4-6bd447dee385,
    • Then approval email referring to my subscription ID: 54b0bd04-26e8-464c-b0e0-9a3a173c61d1
