Hi!

My company use exchange 2010 sp3 and i want to migrate a higher version.
I tried it with exchange 2013. I moved the admin mailbox to the 2013 exchange, but after it unfortunately i removed 2013 exchange server.

I tried to deploy a new 2016 cu18 exchange because its newer but ecp doesnt work with admin profile.

I crashed the admin profile?

Can I fix it?
Please the solution what you will write can be step by step.

Thank for your help.

    Hi @Zsolt ,

I tried to deploy a new 2016 cu18 exchange because its newer but ecp doesnt work with admin profile.

Is there any error message when this occurs? If yes, you can remove any personal information involved and share the error with us for further research.
Are you able to logon the ECP on Exchange 2010?

For current situation, you may consider granting an alternative user with the permissions below via ADUC(Active Directory Users and Computers) so that you can perform administrative tasks using that account:

If by any chance you already had an alternate admin account which can be used, you can refer to the steps below to recreate an admin mailbox for the account in question:

    1. Disable the admin mailbox to remove the Exchange attributes from the corresponding AD user account of the admin via either EAC or the command below: Disable-Mailbox Administrator@keyman .com
    2. Wait for a few minutes or run repadmin /syncall on the DC.
    3. Recreate a mailbox for the admin account.
