What's the current format of the emails? Rich Text or Plain Text?
Do you mean that all emails you send and receive are not HTML format?
If so, in order to further confirm if the issue is related to Outlook desktop client, please log in to web mail and check if the sent and received emails are displayed as HTML.
If the emails are HTML on web mail, what's the version of your Outlook? (File > Office Account > About Outlook). Please first make sure you have upgraded your Outlook to the latest version. And then confirm the below two options in Outlook client:
- Compose messages in HTML format:
File>Options>Mail>Compose messages>Compose messages in this format: HTML
- Disable "Read all emails in plain text": File>Options>Trust Center>Trust Center Settings>Email Security>unselect "Read all emails in plain text" option:
Based on the above, if the issue still exists, considering the impact of some add ins, It is suggested that you try to start outlook in safe mode(win+R>type: outlook /safe) to check whether it works normally.
