How we make duration of the sub projects with different calendars do not change when inserted to Master schedule?

Dear All
Let say we have 4 individual schedules/Sub projects with different calendars Standard 16 hour/d weekend off, Overtime 18h/d Saturday on, Double time 20/d Weekend on, and Calender Days 16h/d weekend on. When inserted to Master schedule durations will change. This because master schedule have only one setting for hour per day. We link the sub project to master schedule because we calculate the resources on master schedule. Please if anyone can help.
