Hi Guys, At present, I have a customer's system that installs Windows SQL server 2019 on VERITAS VCS (Cluster Server). However, when using WINDOWS SQL SERVER MP for monitoring, a DB Engine Health service error will occur. Please tell me how to troubleshoot this problem.
When using SQLRunAsAddendum.mp, there is a 4221 error generated.

can youplease post some details? What do you mean with "DB Engine Health service error"? How does the alert look like, what information does it contain?
What is a 4221 error? can you please elaborate?
In order to be able to help you in a correct way some additional technical details are needed: Which SCOM Version (and also whcih UR) does you customer have? What version of the SQL MP are you using?

SQL MP is 7.0.32.0, SCOM 2019 and UR3.
This is an example, the SCOM got SQL DB Engine Health Status Error on VERITAS VCS. Others SQL Monitoring from Hyper-v or NetWare base was good Status.
The Event-ID 4221 was on SQL site event log, Like us:
