If I use Microsoft word 365 transcription tool for confidential oral data, will those data be conserved by Microsoft afterwards ?

I'm a researcher in linguistics currently about to manually transcript a bunch of confidential oral data.

That requires loads of time which I'd rather save but I need to make sure that the Microsoft Word 365 transcription tool does not store the data afterwards because I am the only one who is supposed to have access to them.

Microsoft transcription tool do not storage any information about your translate.
