.chm contents icons in high dpi

Question

When I view my .chm file on a high-dpi screen, the icons in the contents list do not scale properly. (They show pixel for pixel at the same size as on a 96dpi screen.)

Can anyone tell me what to do to make them scale? (I know it's possible, as I have at least one 3rd party .chm file which works properly.)
