- First please check the following image from 'Document collaboration and co-authoring'.
- The file owner needs to upload the file to OneDrive.
- Then the file owner share Excel workbook to others. For more, please refer to this article 'Collaborate on Excel workbooks at the same time with co-authoring'. If there are users who do not belong to the same organization, please ensure that sharing external users is not prohibited. - The shared user can use Excel online or the Excel client to read and edit the shared file.
