Estou com um problema, tive que formatar meu celular e o aplicativo de 2FA de vocês não salvou os sites que eu utilizo ele, ao instalar o app novamente só consta a autenticação do Outlook, mas não o dos outros sites. Agora estou tendo dificuldades de entrar em contato com o suporte de cada site e liberar para realização do login. Teria como me auxiliar se tem como recuperar o acesso desses sites cadastrados no app. I have a problem, I had to format my cell phone and your 2FA application did not save the sites I use it, when installing the app again it only shows the authentication of Outlook, but not the other sites. Now I'm having difficulties getting in touch with the support of each site and allowing them to login. It would help if there is a way to recover access to these sites registered in the app.

You can do this with back up and recover function of Microsoft Authenticator:
