i cannot download videos in files through chat

Trying to download files from sharepoint and chat it does not work

Since we can't reproduce your situation, we need to narrow down the problem and try some things.

1.Please make sure that your file itself has not expired or been deleted.

2.Try uploading another video file, then try the download again.

3.Are other users with permissions facing the same problem? View through another computer or account.
