Getting the below error on all of the contact objects we've imported via FIM since upgrading to 2019. These are external mail forest contacts

requirements, and it's in an inconsistent state. The following validation errors happened:
WARNING: The property value you specified, "-1073741562", isn't defined in the Enum type "Nullable`1".
WARNING: The property value you specified, "-1073741562", isn't defined in the Enum type "Nullable`1".
Can't find any documentation referencing the property value. Nor do I see it when I check the mail contact via the Get-MailContact | FL command
