Add Personal mail id in Microsoft learn

Question

Hi, I completed my certification of DP-900 (Azure Data Fundamentals) on 2nd Mar 2023 from my personal mail id rahul.tripathi419@gmail.com. My work email is rahul_tripathi@persistent.com.

Please add my personal email id as well in my learning account and also my work email id.

I received my Microsoft Certification ID on my personal email (rahul.tripathi419@gmail.com) which is 994741301 and a temporary access code 41DDF881-4D88-414D-AC74-21C87EDF6419.

When I am login to my Microsoft learning account (user id - 9599328114), I the certificate is not showing up in the profile.

Please help me out in the case and my certificate attached and visible to my Microsoft learning account.
