Using Host Projector and Client Monitor on RDP connection

I have a series of production benches that use monitors to display work instructions and some AR incorporating a Azure Kinect.

I am trying to establish the ability to remote access these workstations in order to provide troubleshooting assistance etc. I have the Azure and another LG webcam hooked up. The second webcam gives me a view of what the projector is displaying on the work surface.

I need to be able to RDP into the station, leave the projector on the host machine and projecting down onto the production bench. RDP connect to the host machine's main display for control of the software Is this something I can achieve with RDP or do I need to look into something more like a VNC.

    Hello there,

    There are several methods of remotely connecting a computer with multiple screens.

    For example, here is one of them: Press Win+R on your keyboard to involve the Run window and type: mstsc.exe /multimon. The “Use all my monitors for the remote session” box will be checked automatically, but for this time only. Neither the connection properties nor your credentials will be saved on this machine. So if you plan to have more remote desktop sessions here, or this is one of your RDP servers, better go for one of the other two methods.
