I don't know if this counts as licencing the font, as someone else will be tattooing it onto skin. I don't know what the laws for licencing text is. Or if getting a Microsoft word tattoo is counted as this.

You can get a tattoo done in any font. You're only copying the appearance of the font, not the font file itself, so MS is not going to know or care.
