Windows 11 copy Administrator profile to Default

I'm making a Windows 11 image and I need to copy the Administrator profile with all the settings and more importantly I installed alot of software and I need the Desktop icons also to copy to the Default user profile so every new user that logs in will have all the settings and applications. How i do that ?
