Unable to Cancel Certification- AZ104

Hi team, my exam az104 is booked for 4th April which I need to cancel but I don't see that exam on my dashboard to cancel. I hv confirmation email of exam scheduled on 4th April. There is no chat/number available.. generic guide can't help in my case. Kindly assist.
