I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to report an issue with my Microsoft 365 E5 developer admin account. Recently, I mistakenly enabled smart card and certificate authentication on my account, which has caused me to be unable to log in to my account.
I have tried to disable these settings by following the instructions provided on the Microsoft support website, but I am still unable to access my account. I have also tried resetting my password, but this has not solved the issue.
I believe that the issue is related to the smart card and certificate authentication settings, as I was able to access my account without any issues before I enabled these settings.
