Same mailbox - same setup When trying to install the fx- Zoom add-in or others - they ask for credentials for a Microsoft Account (which I had to create) and then re-directs to Office 365. We do not have Office 365 nor do we wish to have - We have our own On-premise Exchange server and would like to keep this with no integrations to 365 what so ever. In the EAC it also redirects to the same website, I recall it didn't act that way a few CU's ago I've tried to install add-ins from EAC - it also redirects to https://appsource.microsoft.com/.. . Any clues - Regedit-fix or any ??

Having an old Installation on another laptop that does what I expect, but all new attempts on my new laptop redirects to the website.

We do not have Office 365 nor do we wish to have - We have our own On-premise Exchange server and would like to keep this with no integrations to 365 what so ever.

What's the version of the Outlook client on the old installation?
How about creating a new Outlook profile on this laptop and see if the behavior is consistent?

Hi Yuki, yes - I did a fresh setup on a new Dell Laptop - uninstalled all 365 related and installed a fresh Office 2021 Pro LTSC - Still same issue. The old laptop has Office 2016 Pro Plus connected to On-premise Exchange server 2016 CU23-SU6 New Laptop - Office 2021 Pro LTSC connected to the same On-premise Exchange server.

Hi @Thomas Timmann - TTSYS ， I've just managed to test in an Exchange server 2019 lab environment and can also reproduce what you experienced. In Outlook 2016 (Office 2016 Pro Plus), clicking the Store button led me to the Add-ins pop-up:

But when the same account is configured in Outlook for Microsoft 365(Version 2302), I was redirected to https://appsource.microsoft.com/.... So from the test results, seems like it does related to the Office versions. For current situation, may I know if you have tried entering your work account (the account configured in Outlook) when trying to add an add-in from the website?
