Storage Account in SEA region, when ZRS selected error pops

Hi.. can we convert our existing storage account from LRS to ZRS in SouthEast Asia? I see there's a configuration in the portal (steps: SA > Redundancy = ZRS) Tho when I checked this in the Azure Calculator, it's giving me "pricing is not available for your selection in this region". See screenshot.
I believe the error means that ZRS is not available in the selected region (SEA) . Tho I can see in our existing storage account (steps above) I can select this. So we need to know:
- What will be the estimate cost if we convert our SA from LRS to ZRS where the Calc shows error in the screenshot?
- Is converting to ZRS in our region (SEA) offered? Given that I have the options following the steps above.
