Visual Studio Subscriptions how to change admin users

Hi

I set up in 2019 Visual Studio Professional a monthly subscription with 7 users assigned. This was set up with my old email account in work and now I have changed email account and can't access the Visual Studio Account to manage the users and change names in there as well as billing information. Any idea how to do this?
