So I have uninstalled reinstalled couple of times, but the app still crashes when I go to Settings -> Calling. Can go to it fine on desktop.
EDIT: Samsung Note9 SM-N960U Android version 10

Are there any error messages when Teams crash?
What is your Teams version in your client?
Have you tried to change another Android device to see if this issue can be reproduced?

We are experiencing the same issue with multiple Android devices in our organization. When we go to Settings > Calling it will flash white and then return to the previous screen. If we try again the app will crash and display a message similar to this:
Something went wrong with Teams Teams closed because this app has a bug. Try updating this app after its developer provides a fix for this error.
On the affected users we have cleared the cache/storage and also reinstalled the application but the problem continues.
On one of the devices we are running Teams Version 1416/1.0.0.2023053703
I get similar to Don, I just get "Teams Keeps Stopping" after the first crash of the white flash, and Device Care notifies me on Apps that are using power in the background (being teams). I do not have another device to test on at this moment. Version 1416/1.0.0.2023061501/0321 Calling Version 2023.09.01.18
I have another coworker with a s23 Plus, Android 13 with Teams version 1416/1.0.0.2023053703/0329 Calling Version:2023.05.01.7 with crashing as well.

Sorry, i don't have your the same device as yours but I will try to test it in my Andriod device to see it it could be reproduced.
Another note, joining the beta does not fix the issue as well.

I am experiencing the same issue. When you navigate to settings > calls the app crashes.

Same here. We deployed about 40 samsung a13 phones, all have the same issue. Plus Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and Samsung Galaxy 22. On iPhones it works. Not sure if it's an Android or Samsung bug
