MyApps Portal - Individual Apps are randomly losing their saved account credentials

I have been setting up various websites for use by my organization through Azure SSO. I'm finding that when trying to get into the habit of using the MyApps portal to take advantage of this, the apps seem to be forgetting and then later remembering saved credentials under the elipse on an app and the account tab. Sometimes I will go in there and it will say I don't have any saved accounts. Later in the day it seems to remember them again. This is very frustrating and we cannot continue our rollout of MyApps to our staff until this is consistent.

When it comes to your apps forgetting / remembering saved credentials can you share any screenshots of what you're seeing?

When your apps remember your credentials later in the day, is this after performing SSO on other apps?

Hello! Thank you for responding. There really isn't much to show unfortunately. When getting into the ellipse on an individual app in MyApps, and going to "Manage your application." Under normal circumstances the "Accounts" tab under there will show the saved credentials that were input the first time you used the password vault profile. What we're seeing is that occasionally, MyApps forgets the account credential listed in there but still attempts to pass through the username and password, and fails. When this happens and you go to look at it, it will say there are no accounts configured. Then, at a random time later in the day we'll go in to look again and the account information will once again be listed properly like shown below, without having changed anything.
