my windows 11 suddenly change to windows 10

Hey can someone help me, my windows 11 changed to windows 10 after my house blackout. The data is still there but it from my windows 10 along time ago. I want to get back to windows 11 again with my windows 11 data. The system partition is changed too, my win 11 system is on E while win10 partition on C.     Find a flash drive that you can format.

    On a working Windows computer create a bootable Sea Tools flash drive.

    Boot the computer to the Sea Tools flash drive > test all drives > run the Long Generic test > take pictures > post images or share links into this thread using one drive, drop box, or google drive.
