Software Metering report is blank in SCCM

Getting an error :Could not get a SQL connection to database: CM_CM1 when trying to run the runmetersumm.exe from powershell.

SCCM Site Server and SQL DB is in different Servers.

    If our SCCM Site Server and SQL DB is in different Servers, we need to run runmetersumm.exe from the DB server.

    Hi, however the runmetersumm file is not found on the database server.
