User - who is admin- can't sign in to Microsoft account (outlook account) due authenticator app loop.

User - who is admin- can't sign in to Microsoft account + outlook account due authenticator app loop. Account was not set in authenticator app, so no code can be obtained. The option of a code by phone is not being offered. Also no backup email address was set. So, I can't get any access anymore and I am not able to achieve anything, or read my email.
I think I need help from Microsoft support to get out of the loop.
Does anybody have ideas what to do?
Or how to get MS support to help?
