CA certificate expired 2 days back. But Reverted the CA Server snapshot to a week before. Cannot renew CA Certificate successfully. Certificate Template error

Hello,
We have a CA server certificate thatexpired 2 days back. Try to change the time to renew it. But click Renew with New Key. But uncertain what happened, instead went to revert the CA Server back to 1 week back. Try Change the date and time 1 day before the certificate expiration but when renew the CA Cert it does not work at all. Also the last issuing certificate is still stuck at the last restored date 1 week back. Clicking on Certificate Template to be manage get the error attached.
Can anyone advise how to fix this issue.
