When attempting to log into outlook I am prompted with
"your organization needs more information to keep your account secure"
when clicking on "NEXT" the page is just getting back and the users cant move on
- I try to turn off manage security defaults and that does not work
- some times if I log in from another machine that works on the first machine
- some times its works when clean cookies and cache please any permanent solution for this issue?

Try the following please:
- Check if the affected users have any extensions installed: Certain browser extensions can interfere with the login process. Check if the affected users have any extensions installed and ask them to disable them temporarily to see if that resolves the issue.
- Check if there are any cached credentials: Cached credentials can sometimes cause issues with login. Ask the affected users to clear their cached credentials and try logging in again.
- Try accessing Outlook from a different network: Sometimes network issues can cause login problems. Ask the affected users to try logging in to Outlook from a different network, such as from home or a public Wi-Fi network.
- Check if there are any third-party add-ins: Some third-party add-ins may cause issues with Outlook. Check if the affected users have any third-party add-ins installed and ask them to disable them temporarily.
- Check the browser version, make sure it is not outdated.
- Try using a different authentication method: If the issue persists, try using a different authentication method, such as OAuth, to see if that resolves the issue.
