I only got this bug when I upgraded Visual Studio to 17.5 version.

Which OS are you using? Can you reproduce this issue on other browsers like Chrome and Firefox?
I'm using Windows 10 Pro 21H2 Version.
Chrome and Firefox both have the same issue.
Google Chrome:
Firefox:
I'm guessing that the Visual Studio upgrade may have changed the registry accordingly, but I can't find it.
Also Telegram Desktop has the same issue.
I'm find it in Registry.
Computer\HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell\AnyCode
You just delete this key in the registry.
