ADF Triggers getting executed twice after timezone change were supposed to happen

Today April 2nd, the time zone CST (México) was supposed to change to daylight savings this year, but the government stopped it starting this year.
I don't know if it's related, but now all our triggers are being executed twice
Even when the configuration is only at 1 PM
Who could help with this?
