Cannot run the program illustrator from adobe

Question

When I am trying to run the illustrator or adobe cloud the error message that "code cannot be run because there is no VCRUNTIME140_1.dll, If the program is re-installed, the problem can be solved" but the the pop up message is still there even I re-install the adobe cloud and illustrator..

Please just help me to run this program. It worked at first but suddenly not working with this message.

Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Adobe illustrator.

1. Run sfc /scannow from elevated prompt.
2. Run below DISM commands from elevated prompt.

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Please attempt to download and install the multi-installer Visual C++ 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributables in both the x86 and x64 versions. After the completion, restart your computer. Reminder: Don't set up the ARM64

4. Try to repair Adobe illustrator from Control Panel -> Programs and features.
