    @system_admin Thank you for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A. By looking at the description I understand that you have a Azure AD Joined device. You have changed the UPN of the user in Azure AD. Post changing the UPN in Azure AD you are still not seeing the updated UPN on the machine under User Accounts in control panel. To get the correct user account information displayed you can just disjoin and re-join the machine from Azure AD. You can use the new UPN to perform Azure AD join. Once the device is joined again with new UPN, you will be able to see correct user name under control panel.
