Why did the Exam voucher changed from 100% discount to 50% discount?

Previously when I came in to check on the discount, it was 100% with an expiry date in June 2023 but I did not schedule an exam as I was not ready.
However, when I'm ready to take my certification (still before June 2023), the discount is reflected as 50% now.

Help, please. Thanks!
