I have a big problem, that I need to fix, before I release this app
My app, has a windows media player built in, that depends on these assemblies
these assemblies are in my pc, I download them, and if I delete the, my app doesn't work
I told visual studio, to copy them into the output directory,
but still if I delete them it doesn't work

AxInterop.WMPLib.dllandInterop.WMPLib.dll? Can you show me the related code for assemblies to reproduce the problem? You could also try to see if the solutions here are helpful to you -

AxInterop.WMPLib.dll, butInterop.WMPib.dll. I get an error when I only addAxInterop.WMPLib.dllto the project. Would you consider keeping these two assemblies on your computer? -

2023-04-06T03:07:18.8766667+00:00 Hi,@Eduardo Gomez. Do you mean release the app in the same way as I described below? Try the following
- Right cilck on the References Node
- Choose "Add Reference"
- Click on the Browse tab
- Navigate to the dll **.dll on disk and hit OK
Once it's added, click on the reference under the References folder and hit F4. This will bring up the properties tool window. Make sure it is set to "Copy Local" = True. This will ensure it gets deployed with your application by the standard installers (MSI and ClickOnce)
