Azure Api version retirements and resource arm versions doubt

Due to the breaking change "API version retirements (September 2023)" we are working on update all of our ARM templates to use API version 2021-08-01 or later as Microsoft indicates in documentation. But there are some resources which their last published version are previous than the date indicate in the Azure link, for example:

What should we do in these cases?

    @PATRICIA FUENTES Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A apologize for any inconvenience caused on this.

    The above documentation that you are referring is API version retirement which is specific to Azure API Management service only and it is recommended to update your API instance with latest version prior to 2021-08-01.

    For the other services, it is always recommended to use their respective latest API versions referring from here
