Hi Azure Admin,

I am facing an issue that an account "longbow@live.com.my" login into Azure Portal.

It blocks me from accessing the Azure Portal and pending for verification for new Security Alternate Email Verification.

it need takes 30 days process.

Yes, it is ok to convert process 30days. Problem is why do need to block the account from allowing to use Azure Portal / Azure Active Directory? Is there any solutions can help me as soon as possible?

All my company active directory controls dependant on this email account access.

    I can understand your frustration

    If there is no another Tenant admin user and your user has been locked out, you should raise a support ticket with Azure.
