    Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to accessing files from External drive. When customers attempt to access certain files on Windows 10 or Windows 11, they see the error 0x80071771. The specified file could not be decrypted, according to the error notice. In most circumstances, insufficient user privileges are the cause of the issue. Please go to File properties and give yourself Full control permission from Security tab.
