How to Change ribbon color?

How to change ribbon and tool bar color from white to black and worksheet color from black to white? New Laptop with Windows 11 Pro. Installed Office Pro 2019. Old Laptop with Windoes 10 and Office Pro 2019 has Ribbon and Tool Bar in Blackand Worksheet area White.
How do I get colors in new laptop t same as old laptop? Thank You in advance!

You can't change the color of the ribbon, or its icons, but you can change the color scheme that Office uses throughout.

Is the Office Pro 2019 retail version Office Professioanl 2019? That logging into licensed Microsoft account to activate Office.

If yes, please go to File > Account > Office Theme under User Information, please check whether the settings for Office Themes are the same, Black.

If not, please take a screenshot of the Product Information. Any privacy information, such as email address, please remember to cover it, like following image.
