Blocking a Specific Driver with a GPO?

Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to disable a specific driver for an entire organization? My org is trying to make sure all devices have the Intel Smart Sound Technology for USB Audio disabled since it is causing issues with our Logitech Rally System. We are currently on and AD running Microsoft server 2019. Is this something that is even possible? Every article I have come across has been for disabling Windows Audio all together which would not work for us. Let me know if there is any more info to add!
