Your IMAP server wants to alert you to the following Mailbox is at 91% of quota

Can't go two seconds without getting a nag popup stating that my outlook mailbox is at 91% of quota. How can I fix?. I do not use webmail or outlook 365.

    Hi @David Parkinson ,

    It seems that your mailbox is full. You need to free some space in your mailbox, otherwise your mailbox will not work normally. Please refer to this article and try to use Mailbox Cleanup tool to free your mailbox space.
