Unable to send email to an address

Question

When sending to a particular address I get a messages from 'postmaster @outlook.com' saying 'The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly' However this doesn't appear to be the case as the email address I'm sending to (txxx@hotmail.co.uk) is still receiving emails from other senders. Below is the full error message:-
