Looks like your issue is on web side, please kindly understand that the Outlook tag here we mainly focus on general issues about Outlook desktop client. For your issue, i have done a lot of research, what's your current? A Microsoft 365 account or something else?
Please first check if the issue is related to your browser:
1.Clear browser cache, especially cookie.
2.Try to connect another account, such as Outlook.com account and check if there're any differences.
3.Switch to another browser and check if you can connect your account successfully.
On the other hand, it's suggested that you could check what is the relationship between the current account and the GoDaddy account, such as aliases and the like.
