Hello Thank you for your question and reaching out. I can understand you are having query\issues related to Login screen language. First of all please reboot your Computer and check if the issue resolved automatically.

    1. Click the ease of Access icon at the bottom of the login page, then select the on-screen keyboard, can you change the keyboard language form there, or log in with that keyboard?
    2. If that does not work for you, try performing a system restore from the Recovery Environment. Click the Power icon at the bottom of the login screen Press the Shift Key and click Restart Your PC will boot into the Windows Recovery Environment Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - System Restore Check to see if you have a restore point you can go back to Reference : https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/how-can-i-change-my-keyboard-language-at-the-login/734470f0-0931-4a3a-9acc-a8be7561bae4 --If the reply is helpful, please Upvote and Accept as answer--
