I am unable to access recent Excel files even though I show lots of unused storage. Older files seem to be available.

    Could you please share us with more details?

    • How do you access these Excel files? Such as find and open files from OneDrive online directly, from the OneDrive folder in Explorer, or from Excel application.
    • Is there any error message when you try to access these Excel files？ If so, please take a screenshot and post back.
    • Does this issue also occur with other Office files? Please make sure the files are uploaded to OneDrive successfully.
