How can I revoke the access granted to web application to my organization's azure AD?

Hello shayan aqeel, Thanks for posting! As per my knowledge, you can sign into Azure Portal with an account that has admin privileges. Choose AAD>Enterprise Apps and search for the web app that you want to revoke access for. Post selecting application, click on Users and Groups tab and select users/groups you want to revoke the access and click on remove button.
