custom pictures for Teams

Hi, Please i need your help on this issue. we have created custom pictures for Teams background in teams application and all this pictures is appear in admin center, but no have synchronization between admin center and local application. I.e. the pictures is in admin center, nor appear in local application. Ho to force this?

Do you have the same problem in Teams web client?

Based on my knowledge, Once you confirm that you’ve selected save, your uploaded backgrounds are visible to your end users with a Teams Premium license. And you will also see them in Teams web client. If there is no issue in Teams web client, we recommend you try to clear your client cache file and restrart it to see if it can be fixed.
