Hi, I have been advised I cannot send / receive emails in my hotmail.com account.
I noticed that you mentioned mailbox storage, did you receive a prompt that the mailbox quota is about to be full when you were advised you cannot send / receive emails in your hotmail.com? Or some other error prompt?
Will I get the emails which were sent in this time?
Does this issue occur in Outlook desktop client?
If the issue occurs in Outlook desktop client, it is recommended that you could log in to web mail to receive emails in a timely manner. If you can receive emails on web mail, please refer to this article to troubleshooting: I can't send or receive messages in Outlook.
