Unit of Y Axis in App Slow Graph of Azure App Service

In App Service > Diagnose and Solve Problems > Click Availability and Performance > Click on Web App Slow -- I am struggling to get to know the unit of Y axis in the graph.

    The unit of the Y-axis represents milliseconds. In this chart, you are able to check your app's performance measured in milliseconds.

    Thanks for the response. Mili second does not make sense. Refer attached snapshot. It may be a micro second which approximately match our perf report. Please do some test, measure the metric and see if the graph is actually displaying the correct values. Thanks.
