エクセルファイルを開こうとすると、全てにおいて、添付の通りメッセージが表示され、ファイルを開くことができません。どのように対処すればよろしいですか？

    It seems that the "message" is not uploaded successfully on your post. Please try to share us again. Are you unable to open all Excel files, or specific Excel files?

    • If specific Excel workbooks can not be opened, please check their file extension, such as .xls, .xlsm or others.
    • If all Excel workbooks can not be opened, I suggest you open them from Excel desktop client instead of double-click directly.

    Besides, it's recommended to try following steps to have a check.

    • Change the file location to have a check. Such as move files to Desktop.
    • Run Excel in safe mode via pressing Win +R > Enter 'excel /safe' in Run dialog > Try to open one Excel workbook to have a check. This action can help us troubleshoot the COM add-ins, startup items and macros.
    • Perform Online Repair for Office from Control Panel.
