How to detach the card details and cancel the account?

I have no subscription on the account and I just want to delete the details to my credit card from the account and close the account. The account was set up during a prior project and I need to establish a new relationship, but must take the existing card off. Can you please explain how to do that since I am being send in circles trying to find that on your page.

Hello Valerie Khan You can navigate to cost management + billing page on azure portal and click on billing scope which will show the user account/billing account. Click on it and it will land in Subscription | Payment methods, you can check for the cards added and delete it by clicking on the 3 dots on the extreme left. User's image
